The Onondaga County Soil & Water Conservation District is located on the upper level of the Ska-Nonh Great Law of Peace Center (formerly St-Marie Among the Iroquois Museum) on the parkway, just south of the Village of Liverpool, and almost directly across from the main entrance to the Onondaga Lake Park.
