The Onondaga County Soil & Water Conservation District is located just north of the I-81 on-ramp on US Route 11. We are on the upper level of the Farm and Community Center (USDA Service Center). Other agencies located in the building are: USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) Please call 315-677-3552 to reach any of the USDA offices.
Skaneateles Lake Watershed Agricultural Program (SLWAP), please call 315-677-4630 to reach them.
